We started our Christmas celebration at the Children's Mass at St. Albert the Great. Nicholas helped to entertain Riley. He told me later that Tia let him sit on the floor, but Riley kept trying to crawl away. "And the last time she crawled away, Tia said 'That's IT!' and picked her up. And I had to get back in my seat too." 
After Mass, we had a festive spread at the Milsaps' house, and Grandma read her customary Christmas Eve story.

It wasn't long before the kids were anxious to get home, get their holiday pj's on, and get in bed!
