On Sunday we went to another Lady Vols softball game, this one a contest between the current Lady Vols and an Alumni team. You don't usually get this much softball in the Fall, but honestly, the weather is better and admission is free! What's not to like? We got to see several of our favorite players from years past.To the left, pitching, is Monica Abbott, who pitched in Beijing for the US Olympic team. Playing third is Tonya Callahan, David's favorite player.
Here's something you don't see every day, Monica Abbott batting. She had a really nice hit right up the middle too!
And this is my favorite player, India Chiles, demonstrating a lovely slap hit. Look at that form!
